Posterboy Command

One brand. Every location. No one freelancing the caption.

HQ sets the standard. Local teams add what is happening. Posterboy keeps the brand, assets, approvals, calendars, and social connections organized in one place.

Twelve locations should not read like twelve different companies.

Local teams need the freedom to post openings, events, staff, and market-specific updates. The central team needs the confidence that the logo, tone, imagery, claims, and timing are right.

Without a system, one side waits and the other improvises. Command gives both sides a calmer way to work.

How Command works

01

Build the house brand

Set the shared voice, visual standards, core assets, and company-wide rules once.

02

Give every location its own space

Each location gets its own details, team access, media, calendar, and connected Facebook and Instagram accounts.

03

Create centrally or locally

HQ can distribute a campaign. Local teams can add hours, offers, events, people, and details that make it useful in their market.

04

Review before it goes live

See the finished post, request a change, approve it, and keep a clear record of what is scheduled.

05

See the whole organization

Move between locations without separate logins and understand what is drafted, approved, scheduled, published, or stuck.

Questions

Can local managers only see their own location?

Command is designed around location-level access and a central organization view. Final permissions should match the roles agreed during onboarding.

Can HQ create one campaign for every location?

Yes. Central teams can start with one shared campaign and let locations add approved local details.

Can each location connect its own accounts?

Yes. Each location can have its own Facebook Page and Instagram Business connections.

Does every post need central approval?

Today approvals are on for every Command organization: posts move through review before they publish. Solo accounts publish on the owner's own approval. We will map who reviews what during onboarding.

Give local teams an easier way to post — and the brand a safer way to scale.
